Question about Garden
I have replaced the wiring harness, PTO switch, and checked all the safeties. All the belt have been replaced as well as the clutch.
Well usually when this happens it;s a safety switch that's defective or misadjusted but your sure these are good Id try dropping the mower deck and try enguaging pto if it still runs you got a deck problem ,I have seen spindle bearings lock so tight that it'll stall a 46 hp tractor but that was a brush cutter deck

You may have to replace the operator presence switch or the seat switch. That is the problem, the seat switch is not making contact. So the controls do not know you are there. Thats why it is shutting off when you try to move or engage the blades, no one is on it so it shuts off, safety first. Hope this fixya up.

This is just a suggestion. Try pulling the choke out about one third to one half and then engage the PTO. Sometimes the air idle adjust screw port gets a tiny speck of debris in it. If with the choke partially out and the PTO engages the just grab a screwdriver and turn the air idle mixture screw counter clockwise a hair.
