SOURCE: super nintendo does not work

It's the AC adaptor. Get a new one, or sake your old one around a bit. It happened to us as well.

SOURCE: the super nintendo game wont release and wont play

Are you able to pull the game out manually?

The eject feature isn't necessary for the console (it just aids in pulling the game out straight.) You can pull it out manually, just make sure you don't pull it out at an angle to prevent bending or breaking the game. When you get the game out, clean it thoroughly with rubbing alcohol on a q-tip.

When you turn it on does it make any affect on your tv screen at all? If it doesn't it is probably your av cord. They do go bad over time. A new one is approx $2 on e-bay.

If you get a black screen or fuzz on your tv, it's just a dirty game or console.

My nintendo wont work the controllors i bought new ones

Well it sounds like the controllers might be defective then you could clean the controllers out with rubbing alcohal and qutips and soft cloth and use a tooth brush too to clean them out. Buy controllers from lukie games then or jj games.

Wont turn on

First try plugging the Super Nintendo into another outlet and see if it works. If not, see if you can borrow a power adapter from someone else to see if it will work then. If it does then you will need a new power adapter.

I have two super nintendos and they did work but now there is no power when i turn it on.. ow do i resolve this problem, or do i have to find another one ? Thank you, Joseph

If you have two super nintendos and you use the same cable for power, its possibly the cable's fault. Try getting another cable first. And if that doesnt work i think you'll have to find another SNES

I just bought a super nintendo ''super famicom jr''. I turned the power button on and I didn't see anything on the screen. Am I supposed to put the game in first before I turn the power button on? I didn't...

Well yes you are supposed to put the game in before you turn on the system. another thing is that super nintendo doesn't make the same noises like most modern game systems do because those game systems require more electrical components. If the light is on its most likely working. If it still doesn't work it most likely has dust. you might want to blow in the game or the game console. Hope I could help.

Try it on another TV, make sure the AV switch isn't in wrong positon, try another lead like a SCART lead if you're not already.

Won't Play New Super Mario Bros.

You may have a defected game, you can take it back to the store that you bought it from and ask for a new one after telling them the problem. if they wont take it back you can contact Nintendo, tell them your problem and send the game to them, they will either try to fix it or give you a new game
