If it's a Bosch as listed above, the lower spray arm simply pulls off. Grip the spray arm near the centre, give it a sharp tug. To refit, insert the shaft into the hole, push down on the centre and make sure it clicks home.
To clean inside the spray arm, you can also separate the arm from the shaft to give better access. There are 4 plastic clips, holding the arm to the shaft (I've ringed one in the image below). Insert a blunt table knife or flat bladed screwdriver behind each clip and gently lever it off. It's easiest to get one side partly off first , then do the other side. Be careful with these -
on older washers the plastic can be quite brittle and the clips break more easily.
