your sound drivers have been corrupted. the easiest way to fix this is to download the drivers from hp (click here) and they should come with step by step instructions on how to reinstall your audio drivers. this will 100% fix the problem that your having.
decel pop is caused by a lot of things! if you have big pipes; ie:drag you need baffles to tune the exhaust wave; theoretically upon decel instead of exhausting you are actually allowing reversion- which allows exhaust to actually renter your engine and try to get compressed again; very bad for performance, etc big pipes are cool but need proper baffling and tunage to be useful; may be too lean possible fix w/ supertuner/ dyno runs; I like "lollipop" baffles you can make for under 5 bucks and tune as you need; thats what I run on my 95HP sporty; Have Rinehart true duals on my Road King and via ecm tuning you can really dial it in. F/I is great but you need to "pay to play" no quick fixes like in the carb days; really need a dyno or some sort of computer tuning capability; I recommend Super Tuner rather than the piggyback setups; more expensive at first but wont fry your ecm either. A good dealership will be able to tune it right the first time in under an hour...sorry for the lenghly reply but I see this question all the time...T

I ahve problem like My laptop is C700 series of compaq(C772TU) I ahve changed it OS from vista to XP and now there is no audio output whenever I try to play a song it gives msg like " Please installproper device or select another device in configuration Error code: 88780078"

you have to download the sound drivers and install the software..can't give you the exact driver as haven't specified much about your PC. still try to download one of the common driver like realtek- Ac97... from the following URL .. http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=23&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false
or try to download other audio drivers and install it...your problem would be fixed.
Liamog, i bought the exact same speakers and sound card, and i had the exact same problem as you. I tried for days to fix it and it turns out that its only a setting you have to enable in your sound card settigns. If you go into your EAX console for your creative sound card you will find a thing that sams CMSS 3D, and all you have to do is select the button that says Enable CMSS 3d surround.
