Question about Avaya Corded Phone avaparp18d
WE had a power outage. after the outage any incoming call on any lines causes all incoming line to light up - not possible to answer any lines

If this is happening on the entire system, then make sure you have the number of lines programmed correctly. If this is correct you may have a bad processor card. If this is a happening on an extension only, then the port/card may be damaged I would temporarily move the extension to another port on a different card and see if the trouble follows. If it does you have an issue with the phone not the port/card.
