Baumatic Cooker - Steam & Condensation Problem

We have a new Baumatic BT3062SS Electric cooker that we're concerned about - especially as we have tow very young children.
When using the main oven, especially when roasting meats, a large amount of steam comes out of the top of the door, over towards the right hand side. There does not seem to be a vent there, and it seems that once the oven has reached a certain pressure, it pushes steam out past the seal. The result is that is looks like a boiling kettle and a large amount of condensation collects on the smaller oven above and water drips down onto the floor.
I've already had a Baumatic engineer around and although he suggested on his visit that not all their ovens did this, he had seen a couple that did and could not explain why. However, his subsequent report back was that the cooker was/is within speicification.
I'ver had a number of cookers over the years and have never had one that performs like this. Can anyone advise if this sort of cooker behaviour is acceptable/normal?

HOW TO WIRE A SINGLE INTEGRATED OVEN? Can it be wired into the mains cooker point?

An integrated oven that has a 13 amp plug can be wired into a cooker point without any concerns since you are wiring it into a feed that is capable of handling a greater power requirement than is needed.

For the avoidance of doubt, the other way around, if you are considering putting a 13 amp plug on a unit that is designed for direct hardwiring into a cooker point, you should think again because it is probably capable of drawing more current than the 13 amp socket could safely handle

Bottom oven on my cooker has stopped working, it trips the electric after 7 mins running but the top oven is fine why

hi there the most likely cause for this is the element going into a fault condition as it warms up and expands your best bet is to replace the element which isnt that hard to do yourself, you might also want to check that the fan is spinning freely as it may stick and overload

Good evening i have a BT2431SS baumatic cooker,i have no heat in main oven yet i have the hob and the grill that work ok.

If it is a fan assisted electric oven, and the fan is wrking o/k, then it will probably be a faulty oven element.
This is located at the rear of the oven compartment behind a removeable cover.
