The conversion is from inch pounds to Newton Meters

The factor: 1 Lb-Ft = 1.35582 Nm.

The direct quote: boltscience.com

Torque is a measure of how much twisting is applied to a fastener. The units used to measure torque are in the form of force times length.
The metric (SI) unit of torque is the newton metre (Nm). In inch units, torque is usually measured as Lb-Ft (pounds feet) or Lb-In (pounds inch). The Torque Converter Calculator will allow you to convert Nm to Lb-Ft or Lb-In or vice-versa. The calculator uses the conversion 1 Lb-Ft = 1.35582 Nm.

Is there a way to convert newtons to lb or any operation which involve newtons?using fx-115ES?

There is a sloppy shortcut that people make in converting a unit of force (the newton) to a unit of mass, which they call kilogram force. To convert from newtons to kgf multiply by 0.1020. All you have to do after that is to convert the kgs into pounds using the equality 1kg = 2.2 04622476 lb.
See the screen capture (from page 48 of the appendix to the manual.

I have a ti-30xa and need to convert metric t standard or other way around

Sorry, the TI-30XA does not offer unit conversion functions other than angle units. The best thing you can do is to get the conversion factor from a table in a book, or look it up in the internet, and store it into one of the three M memory places of the calculator.
Use the memory recall and divide or multiply to convert.

Example: Convert metric tons (Mg) to international avoirdupois pound (lb), and vice versa. Conversion factor is:
1 lb = 453.5937 Mg.
  • Key in 453.5937 [STO] [0] to put the conversion factor in memory 0.
  • To convert 17 Mg to lb, key in: 17 [÷] [RCL] [0] [=].
  • To convert 5 lb to Mg, key in: 5 [×] [RCL] [0] [=].
