Same issue with lots of users but every problem has a solution.
try resetting by pushing the reset hole on the back or bottom of the Roku for 20 seconds and go to the Settings menu, then click "Network" for changing.

When I won't connect with my tv its say unable to connect to roku .(error cod 011)what that mean ?And what I hove to do

You have to temporarily disable your wireless router firewall to connect your Roku the firewall is blocking the Roku. If you have a Roku that has an Ethernet connection you can just plug an Ethernet cable from the Roku to to Router.

If your provider, Comcast etc.., provided the router call them and they will assist you. If you purchased the router it should be in the manual how to access the settings.

Unable to connect to roku please try again later.. is the message on the tv screen

I would disconnect the power going to the Roku Stick, wait at least a minute or so, reconnect the stick to the power supply. If this does not work contract customer support at this link: Contact Support

Roku 1 hooked up, accepted our wifi, went to updates, did 100%, now reads "unable to connect to Roku. (error code 011). I've tried 4 additional times. no success! What now?

Error 011 usually means that Roku is not reading your network for whatever reason. It could be because your router maybe have a firewall on, or maybe it's out of reach. (Roku's signal is too weak, not as laptop or cellphones). I suggest that you try with a plan cable next time. Good luck.

Our ROKU unit's on light has gone off, screen says no connection. TV and ROKU have been in same location and functioning well for the past 4months. I even pushed the reset button on ROKU...nothing. ...

We recommend you test the TV with a different source using the same cable connections. If the TV can display the image from a different source then the TV is fine. Please perform the same test by moving the Roku to a different TV.

WE JUST BOUGHT ROKU , HOOKED IT UP , CAN'T GET ANYTHING ELSE TO COME UP

Hi,

You must match the TV's input connections and the Roku output on your remote. This means if the Roku's output is connected to your TV's "HDMI 2" (or A/V 2, etc.), you must be able to select HDMI 2 (or A/V 2, etc) on the TV - either with your remote or pressing a button on the TV itself.

Sometimes, the TV will skip over unused inputs when it was first set up. This is done to reduce the number of button presses to go from say "HDMI 1" to "HDMI 4" by programming OUT the HDMI 2 & HDMI 3 choices.

You'll need to program IN the input that your TV uses to connect the Roku if it isn't already available. You MUST connect cables properly if not using HDMI. RGB is Red-Green-Blue and must be connected to RGB jacks at the Roku and TV for a picture and the the White & Red (left and right) audio must connect the the corresponding Red / White audio jacks - or it will provide strange results.

Make sure the power plug is connected to an outlet that is ON and connected to the power jack on the Roku box itself. Unless you have a defective Roku box or TV, it SHOULD work. You can try using a different HDMI or A/V jacks on the TV to determine if it is the TV jacks or not.

Good luck!

I TRY TO GO TO ROKU.COM/LINK TO ENTER MY CODE ON MY TV (THIS SHOULD ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT). THERE IS NO SUCH WEB SITE! HELP

I entered roku.com/link in my browser (no "www" or "http://") and was redirected to https://owner.roku.com/link/. That new page prompts to set up a Roku Player by entering a code that appears on your TV screen (presumably when choosing the A/V input that the Roku Player is connected to). If you're unable to to get this page as I do, try entering the redirect https://owner.roku.com/link/ page instead. Make sure you have "https://" and not the usual "http://" prefix.

I hope this helps and good luck! Please rate my reply, thank you.
