You take it in for electronic repair. Unless you are electronically adept at troubleshooting and repair this is not DIY. Probably one side of the PA transistors has shorted. You can blow the speaker if you keep trying to use it this way.

Wow. I thought I answered this a couple of days ago.

Plug the phone back in, don't pick up the handset or press any buttons, and press "1" on the number pad. That will turn the background music on and off.

Hi the sound for the music player is not very loud unless you put the ear phones in ?

Hi, I have two reasons in mind why this might be;
1: The media volume on the phone may not be turned up all the way, check the Media volume and not just the ringer volume.
2: The speakers on the phone itself may not be designed to be very loud when it comes to playing music, the varying frequency ranges are difficult to pump out at loud volumes with such small speakers. Developers of the phone may have just anticipated users of the music player would always listen with headphones.
If you want a phone to play loudly without having headphones in, specify such a desire to a sales rep in a store so they can suggest the phone that meets the needs that are most important to you.
Good Luck hope this helps

Mac too loud

Did Logitech provide any software with the keyboard? Make sure you have the most recent version of any Mac software for this model of keyboard.

It's possible that 10.2.8 may not have all the right hooks in it to fully support a recent model Logitech keyboard. But my Apple-brand keyboard has volume control buttons on it that have worked since time immemorial, so I'd think 10.2.8 understands the basic concept.

I hope it's just a matter of getting the right software.

What model keyboard and Mac do you have?

Freezing and forced restart

This is definately a hardware problem. The screen telling you to restart that you described is known as a "Kernel Panic". This basically means that some component of the machine is so out of whack that the Mac OS can't control it. Hard to say exactly which component is causing this without going throught the whole process of elimination. Good Luck! -inky
