Question about Printers & Copiers
Copier shows error sign e000001-00040 shows and turn off and turn on sign
This error has to do with the Fixing Assy overheating. The sub code "0004" is indicating there is difference in temperature between the two thermistors. Pull open the access drawer on the left side and undo the two screws that secure the fixing assy. Once removed, see if there any small pieces of paper hanging out possibly stuck between either sensor causing the temp difference. If any of this seems beyond your capabilites just order a new fixing assy and save the labor charge. Good luck.
