I have solved this problem by deciding to never buy an RCA product again. The attitude of customer service is horrible, and if you think I will pay you to give me a solution to a problem that is clearly one of shotty workmanship, you can think again. One defective clock I can understand, 3 is outrageous and being asked to pay for an answer is insulting. No wonder so many businesses are going under these days.
