An Ohm's meter is the best way to tell you if it's bad, obviously no reading at all means it is open ( BAD ) too many Ohm's and it is shorted out ( BAD ). Of Course there is the old fashioned way of testing it. But it doesn't feel very good so I do not recommend it ( apply 12 Volts DC power and wait to see spark ).

Abs light, park brake, showing up

Hello. ABS can have problems and cause them. Check the brakes out first to see if they are good or bad. Then check ABS Sensor to see if they are good or bad. If ABS Sensor's get bad or become bad, they can cause big problems to the whole braking system. Good Luck.

The driver side window will not go up or down on a 1999 honda passport.is there a way to manuelly make them go up.is there a quick way to check the relays?thanks

There is not way to manually raise the window. First check the fuse. If the fuse is good then remove the door switch and see if the switch itself is bad. If it is good then the relay is bad or the motor is bad. Check the relay by replacing it with a known good one.

Horn is not working

First check the fuse. Then check wires to horn which would be close to the radiator on drivers side. If the wires are good and fuse is good, then either the switch in the steering wheel is bad, or the horn is bad. You can test power to the horn with a voltmeter. If there is no power, and fuse is good, then the switch is bad.
If there is power to the horn and horn don't work. Then horn is bad.
