Facebook.com might be included in the list of untrusted sites from your browser's setting. If you are using Internet Explorer, you can confirm that by clicking Tools and then Internet Options. Go to the Security tab and click Restricted Sites icon and click Sites button. Check if facebook.com is on the list -- you can remove that and click OK.
You can also include http://www.facebook.com in the Trusted Sites. Just do the same, from the Security tab, click Trusted Sites icon and click Sites button. Add http://www. facebook.com on the list and click OK.

please see that you reset your internet settings. if you are trying to use facebook in your office u might face this problem due to your official restrictions.
