When this happens it means that the whole recepticle has been broken off of the motherboard and the whole laptop will have to be disassembled. This is not an easy job for someone who hasn't done one before. After it's disassembled it has to be determined if the recepticle can be resoldered or not. Sometimes the damage is not repairable. If the BIOS and the Hard Drive are locked, it's not something you should be attempting yourself. Toshiba would be the people to approach, at one of their dealerships. If the laptop is still under warranty they should unlock it for free, if not there will be a charge. You will also need to prove ownership of the laptop before they can proceed, so remember to take that documentation with you.
