To be on the safe side, I would go to a jeweler. They may show you how to do it. Otherwise, it should not break the bank to make sure it is done well.

mcdevito75 here, Possibly the battery is weak, (Need New Battery) or the quartz mechanism is going bad, see the repair service directory here at fixya, bottom of page click on repair service directory then watches.

Swiss Legend recommends that your watch be serviced for battery by a local and reputable jeweler in your area. For further advice on batteries, they recommend you contact them.

mcdevito75 here, For the Bezel (top part of the watch) the best bet is to use a jewelers polishing cloth available at any jewelery shop. For the white rubber strap, a few drops of water with a light hand, or dish washing soap on a wet paper towel or cloth should do very well.
