Question about Proscan PS36700 36" TV
Go to your TV menu and seek for "Closed Caption" menu. Select mode off (no mode 1, 2 etc). If you describe your TV model it will be more exact the help we can give you.

Go to main menu ,there should be a selection you want caption on or off,you can make it off by selecting it off.hopefully .
