You must set up the accounts via desktop PC (or MAC) and then you you can access via the applications or mobile web pages on your phone.

I had the same problem with my Razr.
What happens is that your user dictionary, the one that predicts what text you write, runs out of memory and that's why you can type numbers but not words.
The solution is to download an m-explorer to access your Razr files. Then, you need to delete itap_user dictionary, restart your phone, and it should work. Hope this helps.

well the POP3 settings are for incoming mail, you need to obtain the "SMTP" settings for outgoing which can be obtained by your email client i.e gmail, hotmail ect...
