Question about Brother MFC 240C All-In-One InkJet Printer
The MFC240 is getting on a bit in age, so it is entirely possible that the waste ink chamber and purge counter are at their limit ( aka error 46). Look for a waste ink reset instruction and/or u-tube clip showing how to remove and clean out the waste chamber and instructions to reset the purge counter. There are many out there. You may want to balance the cost of replacing the machine against the hassle of disassembling and cleaning it.
