No power getting to my t315 treadmill display?

Hi, my Treadline T315 treadmill has stopped working and I can't find my manual. The power is still getting to the base unit but nothing is coming up on the display board with the safety key attached. Any advice please?? It was working fine the previous night.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: I have lost the safety key for my Weslo treadmill

Hi I folded up a piece of paper several times to make it into a small rectanguler shape and inserted into the slot for the key and it worked.
The replacement key doesn't need to be magnet just small enough to fit the shap of the slot is fine.Mine was a Weslo cadence 1000 (bought in 2002)

SOURCE: I HAVE A TRIMLINE

Hi,

You will need to check the speed sensor for proper alignment, cleanliness and function. it should be located near the front roller or mounted on the motor. It should be within a credit cards width of the magnet or toothed wheel. If properly adjusted check with an a multi-meter to see if it is opening and closing by manually spinning the front roller or motor flywheel. If it isn't replace the sensor.

The sensor should open and close as the magnet passes by. As long as it is doing this it is good. If the sensor is ok, I would do the following:
# get a 12-18 volt dc battery fully charged(like one from a cordless drill)
# Make sure it is fully charged, because it won't work if not
# attach the + and - to the motor red is + and black is -
# If the motor turns slowly your motor is ok, if not the motor is bad and would need replaced
# if the motor is ok then your motor controller(the board with the metal) is malfunctioning and would need replaced.

Let me know,if needed further assistance.

Hope i helped you.

Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!

SOURCE: My Weslo Cadence 70e treadmill works fine, but the dislay doesn't come on at all.

1) Tight the ribbon cable very well, and tight the connector from display board vs. lower board.
2) Adjust the REED switch, see the diagram attached.

God bless you

Hi my power first t960 treadmill stops working. it turn's on. startup beeps are ok. display turn's on and showing regular digits. but non of keys working and consul dos not response to any key. thanks

Check the cable from console to motor control board. It would be a detachable connector on both ends. Try removing and reconnecting it. Sometime such problems can occur because of the bad contacts of connectors. Please remember to remove the power before attempting any service inside treadmill.

Nautilus t315 treadmill. I have recent bought as used one and after using it for a short period today,it tripped the fusebox/circuit breaker after making a pop noise. It not no longer runs the belt

Seem like you got major issues. You probably need a few different parts. Your controller seem to be faulty caused by a worn deck and belt. Al three need replacement it seem.

The term immobilize is on the display panel, how do I get rid of that and get it working again

When necessary to immobilize the treadmill, set display to read SELECT A WORKOUT. (Press the STOP Key
twice if not already there). Then hold down the SPEED DOWN Key and press the STOP Key. The treadmill
now displays IMMOBILIZED. In this state, the treadmill cannot be operated. The main motor and incline are
disabled. The treadmill will remain in this state across resets, power cycles, etc. To restore normal operation,
repeat the same key sequence: hold down the SPEED DOWN Key and press the STOP Key. The treadmill will
display SELECT A WORKOUT again.
