Question about Microwave Ovens
Tried pressing reset which stops the beeping and the words showing, but no other buttons will work. The display just shows a : and it doesn't matter what I press nothing works. Tried unplugging it for a few days but as soon as I plug it back in it goes straight back to beeping and showing beef/pork in the display

SOURCE: keypad on microwave wont work
This may have already been dealt with, but others can benefit from an accurate, thoughtful reply to this problem.
Is it possible that some spray cleaner got into the controls?
I always recommend that users instead spray cleaner on a soft cloth then wipe the control panel.
Also, I always recommend non-ammonia cleaners since ammonia can crack and damage plastic.
Otherwise, the spray can get into the controls and lock it up or make it act odd.
If it does not dry out over time, it may need to be manually dried or blown out.
The keypad may be damaged or worn out, or control unit may be damaged.

Yes this is a touchpad issue. As you have noted the crisp button is stuck and this is the cause of this. You can try removing the keypad and push up the pressed button. If its jammed then replacing it is the only way.

SOURCE: My microwave won't turn on
I would try another rest buy unplugging ti for a couple of minute,s then plugging it back in.
If it still fails, the keypad may be failing.
Sometimes this is due to direct spraying of cleaner on the controls, or steam or grease.
In models like this, disassembly and cleaning is required.
We can do that for you if you like.
