Question about Heating & Cooling
I purchased my sunbeam heating pad at walgreens located in Pasadena, CA not more than a few months ago. I though I was getting a better product spending a bit more than normal. It is malfunctioning all of a sudden with a blinking red light on HIGH indicator. It seems that it is an ongoing problem with this product. I just want to know if I can have it replaced. I don't have the receipt any longer.

I have a Sunbeam heating pad with the SW204 controller that the High light blinks when it is plugged in. I called Sunbeam and the first thing they said is it cannot be plugged into a surge protector. Next, to reset it unplug it from the wall, then unplug the controller from the heating pad. Wait 30 seconds, then plug the controller back into the heating pad and then into the wall. It did the trick. However, when I move it to the bedroom plug it does the same blinking. Sunbeam is sending me a replacement heating pad. They appear to be very good with Customer Service since it is more than a year old.
