Back up your files on this and do a hard reset. Then restore your files. If thi does not work then go to this web site: http://www.valksoft.com/SpaceReclaimer.html it is an excellent program for the pocket pc. I have it on my pocket PC phone and use it multiple times a day.

Hi Anon, this is Microsoft's answer to low memory messages, and I would only add the suggestion that you check for viruses and other unwanted programs hogging your computer's memory.
How to prevent low memory problems
Running fewer programs at one time can help prevent low memory problems and information loss. It's a good idea to observe which programs show signs of low memory conditions and try not to run them at the same time.
However, it's not always convenient or practical to run a limited number of programs. Signs of low memory can indicate that the computer needs more RAM to support the programs you use. Here are the recommended ways to solve or prevent low memory problems:
Increase the paging file (virtual memory) sizeWindows automatically attempts to increase the paging file size the first time your computer becomes low on memory, but you can also manually increase it up to a maximum size that is determined by the amount of RAM installed. Although increasing the paging file size can help prevent low memory problems, it can also make your programs run more slowly. Because your computer reads information from RAM much faster than from a hard disk (where the paging file is), making too much virtual memory available to programs will slow them down.
For more information, see Change the size of virtual memory.
Install more RAM
If you see signs of low memory, or if Windows warns you about a low memory problem, check the information that came with your computer or contact the computer manufacturer to determine which type of RAM is compatible with your computer, and then install more RAM. To install RAM, check the information provided by the manufacturer.
For more information, see Find out how much RAM your computer has.
Determine if a program overuses memory
If the computer becomes low on memory whenever you run certain programs, one or more of those programs might have a memory leak. To stop a memory leak, you need to close the program. To repair a memory leak, you need to check for updates for the program or contact the publisher of the software.
To determine which program is using the most memory, follow these steps:
Open Task Manager by right-clicking the taskbar, and then clicking Start Task Manager.
Click the Processes tab.
To sort programs by memory usage, click Memory (Private Working Set).
You can also check for program errors and troubleshooting information using Event Viewer.
Open Event Viewer by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, clickingAdministrative Tools, and then double-clicking Event Viewer. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
In the left pane, click Applications and Services Logs to view error events. To see a description of the problem, double-click the event. To see if troubleshooting information is available, look for a link to online Help.
Hi. Your device gives this problem because its internal storage memory is low, low enough that Windows starts to lack some space. Correcting this issue is simple, you can first transfer some of your personal data (pictures, music, etc..) from your internal memory to your SD Card. (You can do this process by the help of File Explorer, and also that can be found in the Start Menu.) If this is not enough, you can uninstall some of the old programs that you don't use from your internal memory (You can press Start Menu -> Settings -> Add/Remove Programs). At the end, you can check how much space you have on your device (both internal and external card) by tapping Settings -> Memory. I think the empty space in internal memory should be at least larger than 3MB for normal usage. Hope this helps.
Use clearing programs (for example SKTools) for delete internet files. And do not install all the programs to my device install them to my storage to save memory. Set the browser's cache directory to use my storgare, set the camera working on my storage, delete unused wallpapers and ringtones.

Have you tried a soft reset or hard reset yet P ?
How about a ROM update ?
Seem like one of your applications on the Ipaq is having a conflict so try to remove them 1 by 1 and pinpoint the exact culprit
Did you have the programs installed on the main Ipaq memory or a SD card if you have one ?
memory card isn't really memory it's more like a disk drive. it's not like when you add memory to a PC and the new memory is automatically used.
To make use of this card you need to transfer some of your larger files to the card....
You can move files from within the ipaq...
Click and hold on file.
Click and hold
Navigate with File Explorer to the SD card....
Open File Explorer
Select My device
Now select SD Card
You can create a new folder or select an existing folder
Click on Edit at bottom of screeen.
You can also move files directly from PC to Storage card......
While IPAQ is connected, go to My Computer, then double-click on Mobile Device, then double-click on Pocket PC. Now you will see your Storage Card, and you can use this just like a folder on your PC. You can create folders within it. You can click and drag files to it or to any of it's folders.
