Question about Samsung RF4287HARS Stainless Steel French Door Refrigerator
After changing the water filter last week -- noticed dripping water -- checked the line -- was not water line. Dripping from the freezer area. Almost like condensation -- won't stop. Freezer seems to be keeping temperature, but continue to have a good bit of water accumulating under the unit and spilling onto the floor in front the unit. Did power freeze but did not resolve problem. Water continues to accumulate.

Usually due to CONDENSATION due to bad door seals or a plugged evaporator drain line? Can use a soft flexable tubing and very hot water to clean it out. Bad door seals usually need replacement, but u can use a blow dryer and something to pry it closer to the door wall while blowing hot air on to it. To create a seal, to test for bad door seals place a dollar bill in between the door and wall of fridge where it closes. Then slide out the dollar bill with door closed. It should offer some resistance and not be easy to pull out.
Most all fridges have a drain. Look inside your fridge for a "V" shaped channel with a small hole. This hole leads to a tube and a small pan which sits on top of your refrigerator's compressor. The defrost cycle causes water to run into the channel, down the tube, and then it generally evaporates with the heat of the hot condenser/compressor.
However, if that tube is clogged with food crumbs, particles , debris etc, you will have to clear it to get back to a normal mode of operation. A toothpick, pipecleaner, straw or a cotton bud can often do the trick.
Even a frost free freezer will still ice up at times in the areas away from the heated defrost area and the drain line can freeze. This icing causes the pipe work to the compressor to ice over or sweat and cause a puddle. Or if the drainage has frozen over, it will need to be de-iced. ( usually the line is under the freezer bottom plate covering. Towards the back of the unit) And there is another inside the fridge area also.
Give the freezer a good overnight defrost until it's totally clear of ice in addition to making sure the drain is clear to the pan at the back and then restart the freezer.

SOURCE: Ice accumulating in freezer
There should be a tube that brings water to your icemaker from the back of the fridge into the icemaker. This tube is frozen with water, or the inlet where this tube feed the icemaker tray is frozen. The result is that water cannot go to the ice maker, and instead, goes over the top of the inlet area.
Verify that this is indeed what is going on.
The fix is to remove the blockage/buildup of ice at the inlet. You may have to detach the icemaker to get to it. Be carefull with electricity! Also be carefull as plastic can break under stress!
The tube may be frozen to the inlet, channel locks can be used to gently twist the tube to break it free.

SOURCE: Sumsung RS2556 water leaking on
You need to switch the unit off for about 14 hours with the doors open and get a complete defrost. When all is defrosted, and water is wiped up. switch on again and check after 4 hours how "Stable or unstable the temperature is" Mostly, the door is accidently left slightly ajar and before you know it, frost blocks the evaporator then bad cooling is experienced. Remember to dry the water that would have collected in the tray on top of or next to the compressor. If it does not improve, call a technician as more complex testing is required looking for the defective component/s.

it may be level but the floor may be uneven. find the lowest corner of the fridge, where it is lower than the door. Put some coins under the foot at that corner, does it make the door more aligned?
