Question about T-Mobile Factory Unlocked Huawei U8686, Prism II, Black, International GSM Android Phone, Unlocked to work with AT&T, all GSM Network worldwide
The phone has somehow locked itself. I have never set-up or had a password to unlock the phone to be used.
With phone off (pull battery if that is the only way to turn off) hold vol up and power key at the same time until the phone turns on. This should bring up the service menu. Factory reset phone. If it not the vol up button, then use the same procedure while holdin bvoth vol up and down buttons.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
