At the bottom of the Facebook page, click the link next to the 2014 Facebook copyright page, then select your desired flavor/flavour of English.

After logging in, at the bottom left of the page where it reads Facebook (c) 2008 you will find the language selector.
Clicking the name of the language will bring up a list of languages, select either english UK or english US from the list and your account will change back to english
