High water level is often in the pan under the dishwasher.

call manufactuerer and ask or a good appliance parts and repair they usually are on a spring clip and you just replace the whole roller

Most spare parts companies won't hold every item they carry in stock - particuarly if it's for a brand/model number that's a bit uncommon. I would recommend going ahead with your order (even if it's on backorder) - you might be surprised how quickly you can get it, even with it being out of stock.

Hi, You need to absorb the water in the overflow basen of the Asko dishwasher's and then push and hold a button to reset the error code...flashing LED's or turn the power off momentarily. You need to remove the lower kick plate and get to the basin with a wet-dry vacuum or sponge etc. Good luck. Let me know if I can assist you further.
