Problem for Gateway 450ROG PC Notebook
My gateway laptop's screen lamp recently went
My gateway laptop's screen lamp recently went dark. There's slight visual appearance if you point the screeen at a light or something but aside from that you cant see anything your working on. One thing I do notice is if I close the screen and pull it open really fast the lamp kinda just goes on and off real quick with a slight clicking sound. What could the problem be?

You may need to go onto the system board and reseat the connection. It could be loose. Maybe a drop or some type of sudden impact caused it. If that doesn't work then your LCD inverter is going bad and you my need to replace the LCD screen.
