Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
First look in the hand book and try to clean the head and reset it, if that does not work there may be a problem with the computer, try it in another computer and see if it helps, if not you may need to reinstall the xp operating system.

The Konica Minolta Di2011 can be ordered with a built in printer module or not. The difference is that when you have the printer module, it works on PCL, but if not, it will only work using a GDI emulator.
For Win XP, you can find very easily the drivers on Konica website.
The drivers for Win7 64bit, especially the GDI Emulation for DI2011, cannot be found on the website.
I have found on the Konica Minolta website the STD GDI emulator for some other models and I have tested the one for the printer Konica Minolta 162.
It seems it works without problems for now, however I was only using it in A4 mode - manually selected. I have found that it requires a manual selection of the paper size and tray as it will not switch automatically.
I hope this helps.
