Gas doesn't seem to be flowing

I purchased this heater second hand - I have fitted a brand new regulator and gas hose - gas is flowing as far as the burner assembly but I cant hear or smell gas flowing to the pilot or the main burner. Is there a section of pipe between the gas hose and the burner that could be missing? Does anyone have a diagram of all the parts - exploded view?

I have a Liebert PSA470-120 on one of my computer controlled casting machines. Last night the battery exploded, blew out one of the side walls. Can I just replace the battery or is the voltage regulator...

Personally I would not just get a battery and go for it after an explosion that blew out a wall makes sense to me for you to contact the manufacturer and as some questions and purchase another battery system that is more stable. That would be my worry something blowing out my walls is critical and needs to be addressed what do you think? Thanks for using FixYa! John

Best bet is to call a technician, as it sounds like something has died inside. If its under warranty, call the place of purchase to organise for it to be dealt with.

Can a voltage regulator/rectifier if not working properly blow the main fuse. I have a 2002 v-star 1100. I was riding when all of a sudden the bike died on me. I lost all power no light, turn signals,...

YES!
Good link here:
http://www.flygenring.dk/yamaha/artikler/1100ChargingSystem.pdf

Symptoms:
Lights flickering at times and/or battery gets hot to the touch

Problem:
Reglator/Rectifier

When the regulator dies, it allows as much as 19 volts to appear across the battery. This is not good. It will cook the battery and the battery could even explode. Fuse can not stand up to this!
