507 means your phone thinks it has no operating system on it.
you need install Desktop Manager. then connect bb. open application loader from DM -> install OS to your phone
PS:must remove vendor.xml in Program files on computer. Dwonload the DM from this link: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/desktop/ Or go to your provider's website and download it from there.
