You will have to program all of the zones into the wall controller. to access the service parameters turn the controller to the off position then press clock. hold buttons 2 and 4 down for 5 sec then press the mode button it should display
1 01
or something like that u can scroll threw the parameters with buttons 1 and 2 and u adjust the values with the dial. for u it will need to be set to
1 15
1 17
1 18
1 20
2 21
1 23
3 24
this will then make it have all 3 zones so it will display zone A, B, C this is only for heating tho for cooling u will also need to program it in they are different numbers.
Hope this helped

Hi the wire that runs through the motor is come apart. The motor works but the wire jams in the pulley area, and the end where the spring is, is out.

that rear window regulator cable breaking is a common GM fault and I think i told you already you are going to have to buy a new regulator and install it or have it installed.

Hi i have a brivis eh 30 unit that comes up with error 65 and 30 the display inside the unit says fan limp, if i reset it from the unit it works for about 1 hr then the same thing can anyone help please

Hi. Here are the error codes for your Brivis Heater. Error Codes 30 - relating to speed sensor, 40 - overheating, 65 - motor lock-out. Usually resetting the unit will resolved the issue. In your case, you already reset the unit and problem came back. This will require immediate attention by Brivis technician.

How do i install a zone valve in my hot water heater. I need the schematic from boiler controller to the valve. if I tie the first floor to one valve , the rooms (2) will be on the last section before the...

The two zones have seperate supply and returns, correct? If not zoning will not be possible without piping the system in that way. Assuming the piping is correct, for two zones, you will need two zone valves, one cut into each zone. The wiring will vary, but for a 3 wire zone valve, (Taco), power from the transfomer goes through the thermostat, into terminal 1 on the Zone Valve, Terminal 2 on the zone valve goes back to the transformer, (24v common), and also to one "T" terminal on the aquastat (boiler control), and Terminal 3 on the zone valve goes to the other "T" terminal on the aquastat.

For a Honeywell, or other motorized Zone Valve, power again goes from the transformer, through the thermostat and into one side of the motor contacts/wires (depending on brand), the other motor wire goes back to the transformer, (24v common) Then the two end switch contact/wires go back to the T T terminals on the aquastat.

If you are using motorized zone valves, and only 2 of them, the transformer in the aquastat will be strong enough to power them.

Hope this helps

Zoning not programmed

Hi ill be honest this is a little tricky
There are many variations depending on a few things.
Is it heating only or add on refrig as well?
Is there a common zone or an area constantly open?
How many networker controls 1 or 2
So any way this is the set up for heating only 2 zones and common zone.

Turn the networker wall control off
in the off screen press the clock key (the time will flash)
hold down the 2 & 4 keys for about 5 seconds
depending on the model and what other appliances are lincked to it it will display either
H01 ID01 1500 (NC3 2004 onward)
1500 01 H01 (NC1&2 pre 2004)
press the (M or mode) button till you get to the N1 parameters eg N1 ID01 01
press the number 1 key or on older models top key
should then display should read
N01 ID15 01(COMMON ZONE)
Then using the dial to change the setting to read the same as below once done press the number 1 key or top key to advance to the next setting
press the number 1 key
N01 ID16 01(NETWORKER NUMBER)
N01 ID17 01(ZONE A)
N01 ID18 01(RELAY NUMBER ZONE 1)
N01 ID19 01(NETWORKER NUMBER)
N01 ID20 02(RELAY NUMBER ZONE 2)
N01 ID21 01(NEWORKER NUMBER)
then press the number 1 key followed by the on off button then, provided its all been installed correctly zones should appear and operate :-) good luck and i hope this helps.

Burn out circuit board

hi! there! replace the burn out circiut board, what ever you pull out the same thing you put back just be sure that has the same model and specification, calibrate and test overload protection, defective overload protection replaced to prevent any burn out, short circuited mostly came to burn those thing that's why imposing preventive maintenace schedule for this kind of large ac central unit is very much significant.mostly timer delay circuit malfunction on large scale unit supplying by three phase a/c source on central control panel board.when ever replacement occured try to put mark or list color coding of specific terminals to connect and isolate short circuit make possible to detect at once before installing the new one and make make record on this for future reference we have several cases like that after buying a new one and replaced still burn again, the common cases is that they did not find the cause of short circuit connection they just relay on circuit board burn out,so it better to make assured that every thing is fine before installing the new one.specially on supply source of circuit.,relay on diagram and manuals take and check all data source as reference this will be a great help.take all necessary precaution this should be done by qualified technical ac support, have a nice day and regards

Installing new furnace with two zones

You will need a control to operate motorized zone dampers. In the ductwork, you will install a damper in each line going into the area you want zoned. If you have air conditioning you will also require a barometric relief damper that allows air to pass thru the ductwork and not restrict air over your A/C coil. Common controls are made by Honeywell and EWC.

If you already have the control module, you will run two or three (low voltage) wires from each motorized damper back to the control. Your thermostat wires (also low voltage) will run from each thermostat to the control module and connect to a zone relay. Match each zone by number. You will need to run power to the control module that will provide power to the thermostats as well as the motorized damper. Check on the reverse side of the control module and/or check on the web to find the wiring diagram.

Error Code 1606

Hi,

Hello fellow Corel Users:

After buying Corel X3 and getting that awful 1606 Error message,

I finally found my way to the Corel Update & Patches page and downloaded the patches and installed them.

Then finally, after 2 days of trying, I succeeded in getting Corel to Install:

Go to the address below and install Hot Patch Number 1.

http://tinyurl.com/5e37qv

or

http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satellite?c=Content_C1&cid=1153321224268&lc=en&pagename=CorelCom%2FLayout&pid=1151092456309

It is a 3 step process, first download it, then execute it, then reboot your PC and try the Corel Installation again.

Good Luck.

Live, Love, Laugh.
