Toshiba need to clean and reload with out the toshiba stuff preload

Is there a way to wipe this laptop clean and just reload windows and not all the stuff that comes with a new toshiba?

To reload windows from scratch without the pre-installed toshiba stuff you need to find a normal XP disc thats the same as your COA on the bottom of the laptop and when youve installed it you can download the Drivers for it from the toshiba website.

If you are sure that you want a totally clean disk, you can always run F Disk. That will leave you with a blank, but formatted, hard drive.

most of the time if you hold down F11 on restart it will give you the recovery manager to reload windows and wipe it out and reload back to factory.

How do I wipe my laptop hard drive and reload Windows

If you have the Operating System installation CD, when you insert it -- you can reinstall your entire system as it does erases all your personal files etc.

Want to reformat laptop and start again

recovery cds will wipe out all your stored info.
you will also lose programs you entered after original bootup. but if u have software reload them

A virus took over my computer and had to reload operating system.

If all the software is preloaded you will need to conatct Office Depot, they should reinstall it for you though there may be a charge.
