Hi mohd hapiz b mohd amin, I want to help you with your problem, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box? This looks like, writing to a doctor and only say I feel sick.
Everyone can guess you address a doctor because you are sick, but with writing only these words no doctor can help you. Just telling us, you can't scan is really not enough.
Please tell us what computer you use. What software you already installed and when. What happened while installing the scanner software. What the software and / or computer says (error messages and so on).

When you scan a document where on the computer do you find the scanned document

The scan destination on your computer may vary depending on the path that you set. This article in the Lexmark website on How to Scan Using the Lexmark X5400 Series All-In-One might help you understand the process. Notice Step 6 on Scanning a Document, that's the part where you set your preferred scan destination - either in your Documents folder, on the Desktop or your personal folder.
I hope this information has been helpful. Thanks.

Scan a Document and Need to edit in Word 2007

Most of the time a scanner by default, will scan a document in a tif or other image file format. That means that the scanned image is actually very similar to a photograph. In order to edit the text, you first have to convert the image using something that's called OCR software. OCR is a process that the software uses to look at a scanned document image and determine what characters are on the page. It's not always very accurate but that depends on the quality of the scan and on the OCR software being used. You must have received some sort of scanning software with the scanner. Hopefully it containes some sort of OCR software. Some scanners will save you this extra image manipulation by having a setting that allows you to scan directly to a word document. Usually in that configuration, the OCR software automatically knows to convert the scanned document image in order to automate the process. But either way, you first have to install the manufacturer's software. Hope this helps. Please remember to rate my answer. Thanks.

Scanning

You'll need a scanner with an automatic document feeder (ADF).

Here's a Microsoft article on scanning documents, including scanning multiple documents info one file.

I hope this helps.
