Question about Panasonic Televison & Video
I recently purchased a 32" TC-L32C12 HD TV.
The only problem I have is when I watch a foreign film on dvd : THE SUBTITLES ARE CUT OFF AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN. I don't know if this problem is common to hd tvs, or if something is wrong with my particular television.
A response is appreciated. Thank you.
I called customer service, and although I had to wait a long time, I was able to talk to a representative who solved the problem for me. On my Panasonic remote, I clicked on "Format", and I discovered that I could adjust the screen using the various formats which are displayed.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
