I'm not familiar with your particular machine, BUT...
That symptom can be caused by lack of lubrication leading to main bearing wear and progressing failure.
As the bearings wear, they generate MORE HEAT, which causes metal "swelling," in the beaarings, and thus constriction.
As this problem slowly escalates, it gets to the point that the engine doesn't have enough power to continue to run, BUT...
After the engine has cooled down, it will run again.
IF this is the case in your machine, this problem can't go away, but will continue to escalate until the bearings finally fully seize!!!!!

My request from you was for a schematic of assembly for my stihl HS 80 hedge trimmer. You did not send but rather gave general advice. I solved the problem by calling a small engine repair shop and asked them to fax me a photo copy. You all were of no help and appear more to want money via bait and swithch. THUMBS DOWN to you!

SOURCE: sharpen hedge trimmer blade??
My trick is to make sure that I always lube the blades after each session with a 3/4 engine oil + 1/4 kerosene mix - making sure that every tooth gets a drops or 2, then run it for a seconds to spread the oil & leave the blades overlapping. Doing this allows the blades to self sharpen I've found. 2 stroke oil , unmixed is about the perfect viscosity aswell.
