Do not re-set you replace the developer. If you reset the copier will think it has new developer then will set voltages according when in fact the developer is old causing image issues and codes, replace the deveploer and run required procedures CLEAR THE COUNTER FIRST

Replace the developer and drum/cleaning blade. Also reset the counters after replacing parts then run F8. resetting the counter with out replacing the above items cause image problems. The copier uses the counters to determine voltages on the drum you tell the copier drum is new and it is still old will cause problems.

m2 for km 163 or 7216 or equivlent models - it reaches alredy the copy life of the mchine consumbles like drum nd developer, you hve to replce it nd reset the progrms

Code M2 means your photocopier machine require maintenance.In maintenance some old parts of your machine will be replaced with the new one and all this will be performed by technical services representative.
