It looks like you are having excessive data problems. You could try either contacting your service provider (looks like yours is AT&T): http://www.att.com/esupport/ or Nokia's support: http://www.nokia.com/global/support/ . Let me know if you need more info. I'd be more than happy to help!

  1. Open your device's Settings app .
  2. Under "Personal," tap Backup & reset. If needed, enter your PIN, pattern, or password.
  3. Tap Factory data reset Reset phone or Reset tablet. If needed, enter your PIN, pattern, or password.
  4. To erase all data from your device's internal storage, tap Erase everything.
  5. When your device has finished erasing, pick the option to restart.
  6. Set up your device and restore your backed-up data.
If you can't open your device's Settings app, you can try factory resetting your Android device using its power and volume buttons. We recommend seeing your manufacturer's support site for device-specific instructions.

I forgot my phone lock password

If you have an Android phone, the only way you can use the phone now is by performing a factory reset through Android Device Manager on Google. But for this, your phone should be connected to the Internet via mobile data or WiFi. Android Device Manager will list all your devices connected with your Google account. Select the device and click on Factory Reset. This will wipe the entire data on the phone including the password lock.

I have a Google android tablet that will not unlock. It ask for my password but won't accept it What's wrong

When you forgot your password and/or security code; you can factory reset it (losing all data on it !) and - hopefully - restore backup of your data later.

Resetting the tablet 'forcefully' depends on the exact model; please see this official Google help page and pick your correct model: https://support.google.com/nexus/answer/4596836?hl=en
