MY CAMERA (IN FACT 2 CAMERAS) NO LONGER LOAD PICTURES THROUGH A USB PORT EITHER TO "MY PICTURES" OR PICASA 3. NO MENU COMES ON THE SCREEN WHEN THE CAMERA IS CONNECTED TO THE COMPUTER ASKING WHAT ACTION YOU WISH TO TAKE I.E. LOAD PICTURES, PRINT PICTURES ETC.

go into the drive and open it up using this method using the card from the camera directly into the computer
