You may not have a "default e-mail" application configured. Your browser doesn't know what program to use to send it.

Create the menu tab on your homepage right click in the top toolbar you should see a number of toolbar options select the menu tab which will add File Edit View Favorites Tools and Help
Click on the tools at the bottom of the drop down list will be internet options or
Click start control panel internet options you will see a home page box To Create Page Tabs type each adress on its own line (type in google.com) or your preferred home page and browser.
Below that will be change search defaults click on settings you will see all search Providers
Toolbar extensions and Accelerators you have if don't need any of them you can disable or remove them.
Click start all programs navigate to _ program right click select send to desktop to create short cut.

When i hit "New" I don't get a "page" to write on. I only get the "To:", "Cc:" and "Subject" lines I can't send e-mail because when I'm on my mail page and hit the "New" button all that comes up are the 3...


Make sure your firewall program is not blocking yahoo. If that doesn't do it try this:

How to clean Cache
1. Go to tools on the menu bar in your web broswer
2. Click on Options.
3. Click on Delete Key.
4. Uncheck everything accept for Temperary Internet Files.
5. Click on Delete Button and click on delete.

This is the number one reason why web pages won't load.

Trying to email charts to another email. Can you help me? I have wondows vista


Not enough info, but I'll try.With the file closed, Right click on the icon for it. If you don't know how, look at pic below. Put your cursor on the file and click right mouse button 1X. A drop down menu comes up. Go to send to and click on "mail recipient." Another way is to have your file open in whatever program you made it. Go to file (top of your screen) and click on it. Drop the menu down and choose SEND, or maybe export. You can choose to attach it or send it like a page. or
If you tried to email it and it won't go through, it may be too big. Right click on the file icon again. A drop down menu comes up. Click on send to. Then compressed Folder. In the future, try to tell us what kind of computer and programs you use. It would be way easier to help.

I am unable to open or send any emails. Where has the tab gone for classical yahoo which is normally at the top of yahoo's home page.


This generally happens when you upgrade to IE8. Try this

1) Open Internet explorer
2) Click on tools/General
3) Delete cookies then delete files
4) click OK
5) Then log onto your email.
6) In the upper left side of your page you should see Yahoo Classic (small blue lettering) OR Click "Options" on the top right corner of the screen and you must get the option to switch back to classic
7) Click on it, wait and it should work

In case you are unable to follow step 6 in IE, try using any other browser, i.e. Firefox

How to format e-mail and delete tables in Outlook

Thanks for using FixYa. Use the HTML mail sending format if you want to format tables correctly in Excel:


  1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Send tab.
  2. Click HTML for the Mail sending format, and then click OK.

Creating Email templates(if this is what you mean by format email)—

Disable Word (set as your email editor) from the Outlook Options by choosing Tools \ Options from the menu. Choose the Mail Format tab, and make sure to uncheck the boxes to use Word. We are disabling word so that our default mail editor is not word.
Now, to create a template open a new mail message, choose the person(s) to send it to, a subject line, and a message body. Now you should be able to choose File \ Save As from the menu. Choose Outlook Template (.oft) as the file type, and pick a folder and file name to save the template.

Clear your internet cache in Internet Explorer:
1.Open Internet Explorer
2.At the top of the screen, click on Tools.
3.In the Tools menu, click on Internet Options...
4.If you do not see the tools menu hold down the alt and t key on the keyboard.
5.In the Internet Options window, find the Temporary Internet Files section. Click on Delete.
Delete Browsing History window will appear. Click on the Delete Files... button.
A verification screen will then come up. Click Yes to delete.
6. When this is finished, you can click Close and then OK on the Internet Options window and then you can try doing your yahoo and monster.com

You can set it to send automatically, however it won't send the email immediately if you do. It can be set to send/receive every 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or a few other longer options.

To get to this option, open up your messaging, tap Menu (bottom right) and under Tools choose Options...

A window will open up, which shows all of the messaging accounts (text message, Outlook, and any additional email addresses you have). Choose an email account you want to change. On the last page (should be 4 pages of options so just keep clicking Next in the bottom right) there is an Options button.

Click Options and you should see, in bold text, "Connect automatically and check for messages" with a drop down menu. The option, right now, is probably set to Never, so change it to whichever option suits you best.

Keep in mind that if you want an email sent immediately then you'll still have to click Send/Receive, but otherwise it will automatically Send/Receive at the specified time.

Picture mail


SPRINT - You must have you phone setup linked to an active email acount (i.e. yahoo, etc)

(New Picture) When you take a picture, tap on the envelope icon. \/

(Picture from file) Select and view picture from file explorer. Once open select send in the lower left corner. \/

The option for sending the picture comes up. Click send via email (not picture mail). This opens your email menu, select the correct email account to send from. Once the compose email page opens, simply type the email address and send.

note: to send to another phone you must know the address in which the cell company uses. Some are:

- Sprint - (phonenumber)@pm.sprint.com
- US cellular - (phonenumber)@mms.uscc.net
- ATT - (phonenumber)@mms.att.net

I have no idea how to put together 5 pages of writted paperwork together with an email cover sheet & send them all as one. Could you help please?


Hiya Juvin... what E-mail programme are you using?

Normally, produce your work.. once you are happy.. click on File... send as.. choose option E-mail... it will then open the E-mail cover sheet and your work will be saved in the e-mail... alternatively..
Open your E-mail programme create New Mail... click on tools .. then insert.. could be a picture.. file etc.. browse to your folder location & the name you have given to your work or picture.. click insert... will attatch to the E-mail.. you can then write your E-mail in the window.. then send.

E-Mailing documents from Microsoft Works 8.0 word processor


First of all I take it you have an email account set up on the new PC and internet connection. Make sure the email program is set to be your default email. Take a look at Control Panel Default Programs Set Your Default Programs Highlight your email program on the left and click set as default Retry sending a document as a email.
