Why will my Peugeot 307 cc 02 sensor will not go out on my dash?
Question,I bought a Peugeot 307 cc mark 2, 55 plate 2 weeks ago and keep getting "D system faulty" and the orange engine light on the dash. Was told by the last owner that it has had a new 02 sensor fitted. After deleting the code P 0135 02 sensor Heater Circuit bank 1 sensor 1 with my Maxi scan M 5309 it still comes back on with in 5/20 min later. This is driving me mad, have checked all the fuses and they look OK and the car drives well. Sprayed all the wiring and had a new battery fitted, oil filter, new oil change semi synthetic, water pump, radiator, thermostat, head gasket, air filter, cabin filter and last of all 7113 spark plugs x 4 with a bill of
Have just lost my job and can not afford to send this in to the garage and hoping if some one can help me sort this.

My first thought was the anti-theft system and immobilizer, but apparently the 307 has a clear warning. And that Central Locking system clicking is a puzzle. Did you replace the battery with a new one? Some systems need a minimum voltage.
Your best bet is to tow it to a good auto-electrician with a professional grade scan tool computer. It can scan Live Data and see exactly what happens when the vehicle stalls out and also diagnose the central locking issue.
There is an engine cover that has to come off first, then coils/wires then they are down in the valve cover, there are 4 holes and they at the bottom of those.
i have a peugeot 307 number 8 fuse keeps blowing so i have to keep changing the 20 amp fuse please help me i am trying to find out what is causing this
May be your ac gas has gone (leak) or the compressor is not working properly. Go to a air conditioning service center and just ask for a free quote to repair (they will then tell you the problem and you will know exactly what it is) and if you think that the quote is acceptable then let them do it (don't forget to ask to guarantee their work).
I own a Peugeot 307 SW 1,6 hdi 2004 which I bought a month and a half ago. It all started with an increasing rattle and sometimes "singing" noise from what i presumed was the gearbox (it`s a manual) and perhaps a bearing problem. At the same time (a week after i bought it) I noticed a small oil leak from beneath the car. After a short examination at the dealer`s we found that there actually was a leak from the gearbox. I got it sorted out and refilled as much as 1,8 l of gear oil (which had leaked out). After that the car works fine, except from a tiny rattle/ singing from the gearbox, especially in combination with gear shifting. I am now concerned that the whole gearbox is going to break down. In case it does, I hope it will happen before 22nd of February (my warranty runs out by then). Glad to hear if you find a solution to your problem, it may have some similarities to mine. PS I`m from Norway, but this or similar problems are not being discussed on Norwegian websites or forums. DS
