Minimise this problem by creating half prints ie; whilst making a copy, open the front or side cover or even off the machine and than remove the jammed copy from within the machine to determine whether the mark is on the copy and drum itself. If it is than the probable cause would be the cleaning blade.

You need to clean-up the printer, i mean to say need to service it properly before taking in use. Some part of the printer might not work properly that is the reason it may happen.
