I was welding and it quit feeding the wire now I don't hear relay clicker nothing when I pull the triggerwhat could be wrong

first thing to check is the over load reset button as all welders have a duty cycle for welding if that period is exceeded , the machine shuts down until it is cooled down
the duty cycle is the time of welding allowed in relation to the amps required to weld
for example with a 200 amp welder set at 200 amps with a 20% duty cycle for every 20 minutes of welding you have to allow 80 minutes to cool down
if however you have a 200 amp welder with a 20%duty cycle but it is welding at 20 amps then the duty cycle is extended dramatically other than that check for a fuse or take it in for a service

How to wire rhe batterys for 24 volts... Example pos. To pos. Or neg. To pos. Ther are two batterys 12 volts

if you want the same voltage but with increased capacity connect positive to positive and negative to negative on each successive battery ---connected in parallel
example 6 X 12 batteries each of 200 crank hours will be equal to 12 volts and 1200 crank hours ( good for mobile fridges , winches , battery hoists etc)
if you want to increase voltage in the bank then connect positive to negative for each successive battery ---connected in series
for example
with 6 X 12 batteries of 200 crank amps you will have 6 times the 12 volts which equals 72 volts and the current flow is increase from 200 crank amps to exceed the 1200 crank amps because of the electrical principles and formula I think it works out to be around 72 times the 200 crank amps ( I am sure that there are mathematicians out there that will adjust the sum to make it correct)
However I think that you get the idea
when charging batteries it is always positive to positive with the battery leads to the first battery in the bank and the difference is if in parallel the charger has to be big enough the charge at the accepted rate of the batteries ( 12 volts charge at 14.5 volts and around 20 amps an drop back as the batteries charge
when the batteries are in series it all changes and best talk with a good battery supplier as to how it is set up and if you need to change the charging circuit and equipment

Suggested setting for rossi mt 200 welder

read you hand book on the settings but it all depends on material thickness being welded
higher volts = higher amps will require faster feed speeds = thicker materials
sheet metal thickness (.040"-1mm) will require very low volts -up to 20 v with a slower feed speed
remember the unit will have a very short duty cycle and that means that you cannot start a weld and keep it going for many minutes especially at high amps
it works like this ,if it is a 20% duty cycle ( on the plate of the machine then for every 20 seconds of power ( high amps) the machine has to rest for 80 seconds
if you are welding panel metal the ( very low amps) then you can weld for longer periods but the rest period has to be 4 times the weld period

What is the grounding requirements for a residential home?

Depending on your locality, these requirements may differ from what is specified by the National Electrical Code (NEC or "code"). The NEC is commonly regarded as the minimum requirements for electrical installations, and many states adopt it without modification as their requirements, too. Still others modify it and some counties and towns further modify the code. It is for these reasons, you should consult your local code enforcement office to learn what the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) wants to see when (s)he inspects the work.

Typically, an 8' grounding electrode (or ground rod) is driven into the ground and an approved clamp is used to secure an unspliced grounding electrode conductor to the neutral bar in the meter socket or service entrance equipment. The size of this conductor is based on the service entrance (SE) conductors. Typical sizes are when:

100 amp SE conductors are #4 copper (CU) or #2 aluminum (AL), requires a #8 CU or #6 AL grounding electrode conductor.

150 amp SE conductors that are #1 CU or 2/0 AL require a #6 CU or #4 AL grounding electrode conductor.

200 amp SE conductors that are 2/0 or 3/0 CU or 4/0 or 250 AL require a #4 CU or #2 AL grounding electrode conductor.

You may be required to provide a secondary grounding electrode if you can not provide data supporting minimum soil resistivity to the AHJ.

Lastly, bonding of the residence's cold water pipes is required. A #8 is used for 100 amp services and #6 for up to 200 amp services. If on a public water supply, the bonding conductor must be connected on the street side of the meter and the house side of the meter (should the meter be removed there will be no voltage present to injure the person removing the meter) to the grounding electrode conductor termination bar in the meter socket or ground bar in the service entrance equipment. Installation and connection of an IBT (Intersystem Bonding Terminal) is required for telephone, cable TV, etc. You may need to bond gas piping and metal duct work., and some locations specifically prohibit bonding one or more of these items.

The short of this is you must determine the requirements of your locality. The AHJ can tell what they are - but will probably not tell you how to do it.

I hope this was helpful.

What is the lowest cranking amps this car requires for this car?

It needs 175-200 amps to crank over the starter, but more required the longer it cranks. I wouldn't recommend a battery with less than 500CCA (cold cranking amperage) rating.

Getting red and blue lines on top and bottom and gets fuzzy after it has been on a few min.

It sounds like you have a convergence problem which is where the colors will not align properly. Usually to repair this problem on your set it requires soldering/desoldering equipment. Sometimes you can repair this by just soldering the convergence amps, and other times they must be changed. Expect to pay around 200-300 dollars to repair this problem if parts are required. Anyone that quotes much more may be overcharging you. Good luck, Russmann.

Amps needed to run a central air unit

Central air requires a 2 pole 30 amp breaker or fuse. You may be able to get by without it but 200 amp service is recommended.
