If the plugs are in place, have you installed the sound card drivers? If not install them and check for the sound

My coby tftv3227 tv won't turn on and has no sound plugged it in new power source and still nothing what to do?

I see so many here with no sound/nopicture issues:

ISSUES:

1. IF sound main fuse/s are good.
2. If no power or standby check main fuse, standby power supply and any signsof damage you can see---burnt parts etc.
3. almost all these sets the troubleshooting involves checking voltages on the main power board to narrow down theproblem.
4. Be safe and if you do not know what you are doing don't open the set.

Answers to issues:

1. RE:fuses---if a blown fuse is found get a good replacement(not the genericones like Radio Shack). Many fuses are special even aside from amperage--Don'tput a higher rated amperage fuse in the set for any reason.

2. RE: power supply in set: if total dead aside from main fuse the set uses astandby power supply that runs 7/24 and a main supply (some are combined andsome not.

Here aside from checking fuses you want to examine all the filter caps on thepower/standby to see if any are puffed up or buldged up in some fashion--Iattach a photo of a good one---top should be silver metal and PERFECTLY flatand have no brown material coming out on top or bottom.

What happens in the standby area is they use caps with too low a voltage rating(saves money) which causes them to fail in a year or two---the standby runs7/24 and the heat dries out the caps and they fail.

3. Trouble shooting consists of the above and then at some point you have to buyand try a board to see if it fixes it or not.

4. Safety first--no TV set is worth getting injured or even killed over.If set is opened at least look for puffed up and bad caps like in thisphoto.5_27_2012_5_44_12_pm.jpg5_27_2012_5_44_31_pm.jpg

My kxf250 will no start it was such a good bike started first time evry time then rideing it hard one day it was fine left it for a week and it did not start and had no compresson so took it apart rings...

Hi mate sounds like you tested all the standard stuff you obviously know what your doing - In my experience when I get a bike like this where all seemingly is good and set correctly but no sign of life when trying to start 99% of the time ends up being the stator.
And I know it seems strange but I honestly up to about my tenth bike now where even though shows spark at plug when kicked over test, the stator still at fault when tested with Multi meter (way out of spec.)
If you have your repair manual flick through and get the spec ranges for the resistance on your stator then disconnect the stator lead at the CDI end and its very simple set your meter to ohms and plug into each pair of wires (usually 3 pairs) and see what readings you get
don't worry to much if you don't have the spec range as if it is the stator you will quickly notice you get zero reading on one pair of wires if not all three?
let me know if you want more clarification on testing
If all this fails to assist then my advice would a be leak down test to diagnose compression leaks, open valves, gasket leaks etc Then I would pay attention to the pilot circuit of the carbi, Double check your timing and valve clearances, Then I would be back to testing stator again?
Very rarely your coil pack (spark plug cap) can fail but be worth testing it when you have your multi meter out ( you looking for about 0.08 - 0.10 resistance reading on it) and even more rarely the CDI box can fail, no real way to test this apart from plug new one in and test if cures things...
Being that 5-6 years old and you know the bulk of how to fix and maintain this sound more and more like a stator problem..
On the up side if you do need to change the stator great opportunity to change cam chain aswell they run like brand new with full stator power and a brand new cam chain
cheers mate .... Good luck!

I have a set of logitech X-530 speaker for my computer with windows home 7, i have had the front left and front right speaker working properly, however now i cannot get any sound from any of the...

Try to disconnect the input connector of your speaker and touch the input jack of the unit if you hear a hazing sound it means your speakers are working properly but if you don't hear any sound your speakers are bad. Open the speaker unit and check the amplifier section of your unit. If you don't see any burned electronic component inside. Check the wiring of your unit.
To check if the audio of your computer is working. Plug in the input a headset if you hear a sound while you playing a music in your computer it means the audio of your computer is working good.

Describe what is needed for a tune up, 165000 miles on it and never has had plugs, etc. replaced!

For the plugs- use A/C Delco 41-103 Our I6 engine loves these, a little more per plug, but will idle better than other brands.
Air Filter
Fuel Filter
Clean your throttle body (you'll notice the biggest difference with a clean throttle body).
Transmission flush and change the filter (Use GM's new Dextron 6, it's used in all 2010 vehicles and newer now, supposedly a big improvement over the Dextron 3)
Differential oil should be changed
If 4x4, and you use it a lot, change the transfer case fluid also.
Check your serpentine belt and replace if needed.
With that many miles on it (yeah I should be talking 180k on mine!) you should check out all your bushings. If you are hearing any sounds or squeaks, let me know, I know what they are.
I wouldn't worry about your timing chain, ours is bullet proof, don't know any TB owners that have needed to change them, even at 200k +.

These are just the basics, if you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask me. Good luck!
