You either have a bad unit that is drawing too much amperage or the unit requires more amps than the current circuit breaker allows.

I don't know why this came up as a coffee maker as it is a shredder for wood etc

The shredder more than likely requires a larger circut breaker. Or it is drawing too many amps, due to short in the unit.

If it trips the breaker either the wiring to the ice maker is shorted or the ice maker itself is shorted, do not continue to use it, there is afire hazard if you keep resetting the breaker.

Fridge/freezer keeps tripping

Try to plug into different circuit, if it trips that breaker on the board then the appliance is probably at fault.
I must assume that you have not acquired something plugged into the same circuit as the fridge.

Tripping circuit breaker

please follow this steps and fix it. Otherwise call some electrician. God bless you
The circuit trips again. 2 issues could be causing this:
  • Overloaded circuit: Use fewer devices simultaneously or try moving certain devices or small appliances to a different area (use another outlet and circuit). Try resetting.
  • Electrical short: If your circuit is not overloaded, but the circuit keeps tripping, then this is likely the problem. The appliance or electronic device could be causing this short, or there could be faulty wiring in the walls. Consult a qualified electrician.

Power loss

950 watt is very small. Most electrical appliances need 1000watt to operate so if the vacuum cleaner is 1000watt then the gen set will trip. Check the drill as it is possibly 850watt which the gen set can handle. It all has to do with the wattage of the equipment you intend to run from the gen set

Commercial espresso machine

Sounds like the safety thermostats on the machine is tripping because the machine is overheating or the circuit breaker is tripping because machine needs more amperage.

Keeps tripping the breaker

What size breaker?

as long as there are no other appliances or anything on the circuit a 15 amp breaker will do...if you have alot of other items on that same circuit you either need a larger breaker, or use a different circuit all together

Keurig coffee maker causes kitchen electricity to short out.

I'm not completely certain what the problem is because it's not displaying your whole subject (it get's cut off after electricity to...). However, if it is solving the problem by moving it out of the kitchen, it's likely that the problem that the circuit is overloaded. Coffee makers have a large current draw, as do many other kitchen appliances. If you plug too many of them into the same circiut and then turn them on, you will put too high a drain on the circuit and it will cause the the current to become unreliable and then, eventually, through the braker or blow the fuse to protect the wiring in the wall (to keep it from catching fire). If this is the case, you need an electrician to run another circuit or remove some appliances from your kitchen.

Cuisinart coffeemaker DCC-450 switch keeps turning off by itself.

There is a defect with your coffee maker. It uses a momentary switch, but is supposed to stay on for 30 minutes. I believe there is a common failure due to heat sensitivity of an IC on the board. I suspect this is a timer chip. See my other postings on this.
