I can not access any menu functions because it is stuck in the standby mode. Nothing is conected and when connected the issue is constant. LED display shows standby with flashing blue power light. When depressing power button LED lights blue and displays standby.

When holding down power for 10-15 seconds LED cycles through blue and clear always displaying Standby. No other buttons are functioning in standby mode. Remote offers no changes in above.

I have been through all the trouble shooting steps per the dell website. I need someone who has encountered this issue and knows the fix.

Again when powered up, the system reads STANBY and stays in the standby mode, When the power button is depressed, the LED screen lights blue and still displays STANDBY.

Power button is always flashing blue, not amber light indicators for heat or lamp

How do I get it out of standby mode. No buttons work to access any other functions.

Probably the projector has problem inside such as diode or IC . What type of power source you are using? Is it from Generator or Government electric. because unstable supply can damage appliances easily.

I have a Dell 4100MP that works except after 1-1/2 hours or so the picture inverts and the colors change so everyone is Blue. I can correct it by going into the menu doing a factory reset then working

your projector is having an electronic part malfunction, this is shown by the time frame you gave on your question and the reset option that usually fixes it. I am not all too familiar with a Dell projector , but check if the system has a CMOS battery that needs to replace and a capacitor that over heats causing the malfunction, better take system to a qualified electronic technician or a Dell service center.

Dell 4100MP Image Not Centered Thru Lens

No to your question. The lens is fixed it cannot shift horizontally only although there are projectors that can do this. I am sure you have the front foot retracted? I have had to do the same as you are doing or find a lower table.
