Hi Ken, most sites have a "Forgot Password" or "Reset" link somewhere on the sign in page - on some, you may have to fail to login a few times before it automatically asks if you want to recover your account.
Mot sure which site you are having trouble with, but you may want to consider using a free password manager to save your login info going forward - this also keeps your passwords more secure because you don't need to type them, and makes logging in faster.
