You may or may not be able to re-register the KX-TGA560 Handset, depending on the type of problem you are having...

Questions to ask are:
1.) Did the same KX-TGA560 Handset work with the Panasonic Base before you had the problem?
2.) Are you trying to replace one KX-TGA560 Handset from one Base with a 560 Handset from another Base?

Regarding 1.) first make sure the 560 Battery is fully charged... inconsistent battery power can affect how well your 560 Handset is recognized by the Base. If the original handset is recognized, try to de-register it to enable the other replacement 560 to be recognized.

Regarding 2.) Panasonic now limits users ability to interchange 560 Handsets for supposed "Security" reasons. For any 560 replacement or interchange to occur, EACH HANDSET MUST FIRST BE DE-REGISTERED on both the old and the new Base units. This clears the telephone channel assignment so another 560 series telephone that is already de-registered or new can register to accept that available Channel Number.

However, what happens if the original Base Unit failed or unavailable for the 560 Handsets still registered to it? Panasonic has now limited users ability to re-register 560 Handsets when the Base is broken, not running correctly, or is unavailable.

Earlier model KX-TGA* Handsets are not compatible with the 560 (i.e. KX-TGA260) but some could be manually reset and re-registered to another Base Unit without any need to access the original Base Unit. IMHO, Panasonic removed this manual reset capability from the 560 Handsets to force Users to purchase expensive and unnecessary brand new replacement 560 Handsets solely from Panasonic.

Used 560 Handset-only replacements from eBay and other sources simply will not work because once they are registered to a Base, they cannot be reconfigured or reset until they have first been de-registered from that same Base. In other words, buying only used 560 Handsets has far more risk than buying a used working set of 560 Handset with the matching Base Unit it is registered to.

I just bought an vtech cs6114 one hanset, when i connected it appears a messeage Not registerd, it looks dead, who can i register it

If the CS6114 handset says "Not Registered", press and hold down the FIND HANDSET button located in the Base cradle. In about 4 seconds, the IN USE light on the Base will glow red. Now, release the Find Handset button and press the # key on the handset. The handset will display "Registering" and then "Registered".

I switched handsets and renamed them, but my calls are still going to my old handset. How do I fix this issue?

You will need to se-register the handsets you are getting rid of...on the base unit go to initial settings-registration-deregister handset. Deregister the handset #'s you are trying to swap (the number is just left of the name on the handset display). Then register the 2 new handsets (on handset: menu-initial settings-regitration) and on base menu #123. Follow instructions on screen to complete registration. This should activate your 2 new hansets and de-commission the old ones.

When I try and use my phone it keeps reading "connecting" then it tells me to regiter hanset with main base, I dont know what to do

I guess you are referring to a Wireless handset. For a cellular phone do not have this type of message. I may suggest to check the user's manual and try to follow the steps to register your phone to the main base in order for it to work. If you cannot find the steps to register your phone to the main base it would be best to call the manufacturer of the phone to get a walk through of the steps.

All of a sudden our 3 Uniden phones don't work. However the phone on our land line works. The screen on our Uniden phones show that they are fully charged. The upside down triangle flashes on and off....

It sounds like your hansets are no longer registered to the base unit. Since you have not listed the specific model phone you have I cannot give you specific steps to re-register the handsets to the base, however if you go to http://www.uniden.com/index/manuals_results.cfm?cat+1 you can find the manual for your phone and follow the instructions for re-registering the handsets
