Question about Hasbro Toys
I'm having a problem with my Vintage Furby Dragon.He has garbled speech starting when he says coco, the scratchy sounds start. Can a part be replaced or is this problem in the wiring? Or electronics?

hi, first check the speakers if they r bad, u can do this by connecting external headphones, if it still sounds the same, then the probs is with ur sound card, uninstall it and install it back, let me know

Found a FIX.... Bought a new Sony ... I will never buy another Thompson product G.E., RCA TTE...None of them. The support is a joke. The "warranty" is as dependable as the product. COMPLETELY WORTHLESS

May be the "winding" on the speaker. If it has got damp at some point(you may not notice any on the casing) the cardboard tube that the coil is wound around swells and "rubs" in the speaker. Thus producing a scratching sound. Try connecting to another speaker, just to test and if it sounds fine then that is what it is.
