206EC Module R 4.1 thought that might be the problem, swapped out another and still same.
That must be crossed lines in th building or from your building to the exchange.. conatct service provider.

SOLUTION: My handsets stopped ringing after power was stopped to the main base, too. I put one on the main base and that one started working but the others still didn't work. So I put the other phones on the main base while I called from my cell and let it ring. The other phones started to ring and work again.

To Change your Ring Type:
1. Press the Feature button, then * 6
2. Press the number keys 1 – 4 to hear the different ring types
3. Press the OK softkey when you hear your desired ring
