Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

How to take apart mothercare ashton cot

Disengaging the 'drop-side' is the tricky part.
You'd need a size 4 allen key. Assembly instructions will help you locate the screws: http://help.mothercare.com/resources/mothercare/products/Ashton_Cot_Dropside_UPDATE
Before you begin removing screws, you must first disengage the lower part of the 'drop-side'.
At a point midway between the "High" and "Low" postions - the lower side should be pulled outwards (towards yourself). Now lower the 'drop-side' - to release free. It would have been nice if they had marked this position on a visible edge.
Proceed to removing screws in the reverse order of assembly.2_5_2012_7_45_11_am.jpg

I need the instructions for a cosatto rosalind cot.

hi - if you email me at enquiry@cosatto.com I will send you the manual. Please note this was produced in 1992 so we won't have spare parts for it unless its generic things like catches and rod guides. Kind regards Eileen Smith @ Cosatto
